Today I found out that I HAFF A RARE DISEASE LAWLS - sounds kinda cool, don't it? I've actually had this thing since I was born, and gives excuses answers as to why i can't handle spicy foods!

Before you get all grossed out, though, it's just a simple thing to do with the tongue. When I get sick, shapes appear on it like countries and stuff, and my mouth hurts when I eat spicy things. *shrug*

BUT IT IS SO COOL TO KNOW THAT IT'S NOT NORMAL! I just thought it was a thing. It's called Geographic Tongue.Which is possibly one of the most silliest names evar. %D

I am LOVING holidays right now. I am gonna be seventeen soon, but OMG my aim of creating a webcomic and stuff when I am sixteen - well, because my scanner isn't WORKING I can't upload anything! D: *gonk'd*

It was a personal goal of mine, after seeing the wonders of Aido [link] when I was twelve or thirteen. She's on DA, check out her gallery! :heart: I've been a long time fan of hers, and it sounds really sappy to say she's been an inspiration. xDD; Before you ask, no, she has no idea who I am.
So GAH, unless I can find the cd that came with the scanner and re-install it, my dreams shall be shattered. D: I have some semblance of a comicky at drunkduck.com, see if you can find me! :evillaugh:

When I read this, I thought it was a joke. Wow. I have NEVER heard of something like that! Yes, the name of it IS kind of silly. LOL But I'm glad you were able to learn of this and not be left wondering what was up with that. :hug:

The singing thing is funny. I do that, too. I either go "blah-blah" or "something-something." Sometimes I will sing to the tune, "I can't remember all the words."

Hope you get your scanner set up soon. I am scannerless. *cries*

HAHAH! You have geographic tongue, too? XD That's so funny. I have it, too... I just... ignore it. I usually avoid acidic things like citrus juice, though. That's the worst. (But I don't think I could ever stop eating excruciatingly spicy food. XD )

WHAT-HEY! What is my icon doing there? (omigosh people are talking about me...) I DO know who you are! (kinda) I like to check people's galleries after they start watching me/leave comments, and your icon stands out a lot. :3

Check the website of the company that made your scanner— sometimes they'll put the drivers online. (I use an Epson, I'm pretty sure they put theirs on their website.)

I actually know a bunch of people who have it. My doctor told me that it was supposed to go away once I hit adolesence... hahahaha, no, that never happened. But it's actually gotten a lot better in the past few years. (But not that much better. XD )

What can I say, I like cool lookin' icons. XD
